Every Little Season sells products supplied by independent brand partners through Shopify Collective. The applicable brand partner typically fulfills and ships its products directly to you, while Every Little Season manages customer communications and coordinates order, shipping, return, and refund support. Please contact us first rather than sending a product to a brand without return authorization.

We aim to respond to customer-service messages within two business days. Response times may be longer on weekends and holidays.
